Direct Repair

The Direct Repair certification enables vehicle owners to proceed directly to a participating repair shop for a vehicle damage estimate after calling to report the claim to Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) and obtaining an eligible claim number from MPI. This saves you time and the trouble of taking your vehicle to two different locations.

River City Collision Centre is an MPI-accredited Direct Repair shop that meets strict standards for completing safe and proper repairs. As a Direct Repair shop, we are authorized to directly estimate and process your insurance claim.

Today many new vehicles are made with modern materials and technologies that improve fuel efficiency and safety. These require specialized training and equipment available only from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or certified facility. River City Collision Centre is certified to do such repairs. We are dedicated to delivering world-class customer service within state-of-the-art facilities, operated by expertly trained technicians.

We have an 11 foot high door that allows us to repair and paint your oversized vehicle without exorbitant costs or time delays.
